About AMSOC Our group membership is about 250+, mainly comprised of professional Americans. We are a non-profit, volunteer-run, social group that celebrate US holidays and customs while also helping our members settle in the Sydney lifestyle. We also strive to learn more about Australian customs and holidays.
Our popular Monthly Mixer is the generally the first Friday of every month (check the events page) and is a fantastic opportunity to network both personally and professionally. We have many other events and activities throughout the year Book Club, Dinner Club, Chick Flick nights and Golf to name a few. We also have many fun events for kids including Easter Egg hunts, Halloween parties and the annual Fourth of July picnic is a great day for everyone!
Our memberships are $60 for a single or $70 for a couple/family (memberships run Jan-Dec), $25 for uni students.
